The thin yellow FlexBar offers a resistance of 6 lbs. The red medium Flexbar offers a resistance of 10 lbs. The green heavy FlexBar offers a resistance of 15 lbs. The extra-heavy blue FlexBar offers a resistance of 25 lbs.
