Fast-Acting Liquid
Studies show that melatonin may be associated with the regulation of sleep/wake cycles. Melatonin Liquid may be absorbed quicker and more effectively when placed under the tongue.
Other Ingredients: Water, glycerin, xylitol, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, and citric acid. Recommendations: Shake well. Take half of a dropper (0.5 mL) just prior to bedtime as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Place one serving under tongue and hold for 30 seconds or mix with 8 ounces of water.
